Y en realidad esos tonos diferentes todo hacen lo también otra vez interesante, hasta que lleno de color. ¿Piensas también en calor durante el otoño? Calor en el sentido del color, caliente del calor y ambiente.
Usa unos colores contrastes como verde para equilibrio y paz, roja para llamar la atención y da fuerza a ese plato, morado para un poco de magia. No demasiado, de todo un poco.
La roja de la salsa de chile, el verde de cilantro fresco y un poco de morado de la cebolla te desafían para morder en las pastas filos para remojar.

En toch maken al die verschillende tinten het ook weer interessant, zelfs kleurrijk. Denk jij bij herfst ook aan warmte? Warmte in de zin van kleur, heet van hitte en gezelligheid. Hoe laat je de kleur van de herfst in een gerecht opvallen?
