I rarely eat soup and still in wintertime I'm always in the mood for such a big bowl of soup. A thicken soup in which you can dip with a piece of bread. And why don't I make it then? A good question.
There is soup and there is soup. This isn't only bouillon soup, this is a soup with the flavors of spices, which I like very much, mashed together with sweet potato and carrot.
And do you know, within a half hour you have this big bowl of colorful soup in your hands and from your chair you look outside at nature which is still in a sleep. Or to the medal winners of the 5 kilometers speed skating at the Winter Olympics.

Casi nunca como sopa y en el fondo siempre me apetezco un tazón grande de sopa en la época de invierno. Una sopa densa dónde puedes remojarla con un trozo de pan. ¿Y porqué no la hago? Una buena pregunta.
Tienes sopa y tienes sopa. Esa soló no es una sopa de caldo, es una sopa con los sabores de las especias, qué me gusta mucho, junto triturado con batatas y zanahoria larga.
Y sabes, en menos de media hora tienes este tazón grande de sopa en tus manos y desde tu silla ves afuera al la naturaleza que se encuentra en letargo. O a los ganadores de medallas del 5 kilómetros el patinaje de velocidad en los Juegos Olímpicos.

Ik eet zelden soep en toch heb ik in de wintertijd altijd wel trek in zo'n grote kom soep. Een dikke soep waar je met een stuk brood in kunt dippen. En waarom maak ik het dan niet? Een goede vraag.
Je hebt soep en je hebt soep. Dit is niet alleen bouillonsoep, dit is een soep met de smaken van specerijen, waar ik heel erg van houd, samen gepureerd met zoete aardappel en winterwortel.
En weet je, binnen een half uur heb je deze grote kom kleurige soep al in je handen en vanuit je stoel kijk je naar buiten naar de natuur die nog in slaap verkeert. Of naar de medaillewinnaars van de 5 kilometer bij het schaatsen op de Olympische Winterspelen.
