Hi, foodlover of La Comida Deliciosa,
Lately I saw this very sweet dessert in a magazine, sweet by the whipping cream, the honey and the mascarpone.
In the freezer was still a box with summer fruit which I could use in this dessert yesterday.
The colors of the summer fruit compares beautifully with the whipped cream and the mascarpone. Okay, it's an explosion of calories. For a single time it's allowed, don't you think?

Recientemente vi este postre dulce en una revista, dulce por de nata batida, la miel y el mascarpone.
En el congelador fue aún una caja con fruta de verano que pude usar en este postre ayer.
Los colores de fruta de verano contrastan con nata batida y el mascarpone. Vale, es una explosión de calorías. Por alguna vez lo puede, ¿no?

Hallo, eetliefhebber van La Comida Deliciosa,
Laatst zag ik dit hele zoete dessert in een tijdschrift staan, zoet van de slagroom, de honing en de mascarpone.
In de vriezer lag nog een doosje met zomerfruit dat ik gisteren in dit dessert kon gebruiken.
De kleuren van het zomerfruit steken mooi af tegen de slagroom en de mascarpone. Oké, het is een explosie van calorieën. Voor een enkele keer mag dat, ja toch?
