2014, dos mil catorce: el tiempo pasa volando. Ahora el héctico de los días de fiesta ya pasado los tenemos detrás y comenzar a un año Nuevo con toda clase de cosas, empiezo también a mi búsqueda a nuevas, otras y recetas diferentes.
Empiezo tranquilo, con una ensalada no así una ensalada del aliño, ensalada y listo. No, ésa es una ensalada con toque. Sí, el toque está en el calor y viene de ricotta asado del horno. Es algo más y entonces también tienes si que una cosa.
Cómo haces esta ensalada, claro que lees otra vez en la receta. ¿Es difícil? No. ¿Lleva mucho tiempo? No. Simplemente disfrutar bueno y juntar los sabores.

2014, tweeduizend en veertien: de tijd vliegt. Nu de hectiek van de feestdagen weer achter de rug is en we aan een nieuw jaar beginnen met van alles en nog wat, begin ik ook aan mijn zoektocht naar nieuwe, andere en aparte recepten.
Ik begin rustig, met een salade, niet zo maar een salade van dressing, salade en klaar. Nee, dit is een salade met een touch. Ja, de touch zit hem in de warmte en die komt van de gebakken ricotta uit de oven. Het is net iets meer en dan heb je ook wel wat.
