Hi, foodlover of La Comida Deliciosa,
One more week and then 2017 is gone. A year than went much quicker than the last one, don’t you think? A year where both in the world and with yourself a lot has happen and that you makes to the person that you are today. The first step of many steps you have taken, the challenges you have enter into with something you are proud of as result. Don’t forget that.
Do I look at all these colorful lunch-, snack-, side- and main dishes which I have made this year than I’m proud. Proud because I try it more and more and that I did it often, that the cooking, photographing and filming give me pleasure and especially the beautiful comments of you foodlovers.
To ring this year, or for tomorrow, a snack recipe one more time for you: eggplant tempura with Grana Padano cheese.

Hola, amante de comida de La Comida Deliciosa,
Aún una semana y después se acabó 2017. Un año que he ido muy rápido que el año pasado, ¿tú no opinas lo mismo? Un año cuando tanto en el mundo como en ti mismo he pasado de todo y que te hace hasta la persona que tú estás ahora. El primer paso de los muchos pasos que tú has dado, los retos que tú has comenzado los tienen como resultado algo donde tú estás orgulloso. No olvídalo.
Miro las recetas del almuerzo, tentempié, entremés y plato principal lleno de color que he hecho ese año que estoy orgulloso. Orgulloso porque pruebo siempre y que lo conseguí muchas veces, que guisar, fotografiar y filmar y me divierto y sobre todas las respuestas bonitas de vuestros amantes de comida.
Para despedir este año, o para mañana, soló una vez más una receta de tentempié para vuestras: tempura de berenjena con queso grana padano.

Nog één week en dan is 2017 voorbij. Een jaar dat nog sneller is gegaan dan de vorige, vind je ook niet? Een jaar waar zowel in de wereld als bij jouzelf van alles is gebeurd en dat je tot de persoon maakt die je nu bent. De eerste stap van de vele stappen die je hebt gezet, de uitdagingen die je bent aangegaan met als resultaat iets waar je trots op bent. Vergeet dat niet.
Kijk ik naar al die kleurrijke lunch-, snack-, bij- en hoofdrecepten die ik dit jaar heb gemaakt dan ben ik trots. Trots omdat ik het steeds probeer en dat het me vaak gelukt is, dat het kokkerellen, fotograferen en filmen me plezier geeft en vooral de mooie reacties van jullie eetliefhebbers.
Om dit jaar uit te luiden, of voor morgen, nog één keer een snackrecept voor jullie: auberginetempura met Grana Padano kaas.
